5 Reasons You Should Be Shopping On eBay Right NOW

Sharing 5 reasons why you NEED to be shopping on eBay right now, surrounding their Price Match Guarantee launch!

Happy Thursday GAL PALS <3 Today I'm coming at you with some V exciting news, yesterday eBay announced they will be launching their Price Match Guarantee service later this month on more than 20,000 deals on their UK site. Now, I don't know about you but I've used eBay since I was about 16, selling out with the old and buying new garms in return (does anyone do that thing where they feel like PayPal money isn't *real money?! Nope, okay just me then), so this news was super exciting to me as I can't wait to get stuck in and see what fab deals they've got! I'm in the market for a new camera and a close friend and photographer mentioned buying from eBay for the best offers, don't mind me whilst I go and drop a small fortune on a new DSLR! If you don't already shop on eBay, then you absolutely NEED to, especially now! Here's 5 reasons why...

1.) Price Match Guarantee on more than 20,000 deals in the UK: Excuse me whilst I just try and wrap my head around what 20,000 deals looks like, thats a HELLA lot of stuff that eBay are price promising on and I'm SO keen to get stuck into some shopping! Like I said, I'm in the market for a new camera (thinking of taking the leap to a 70D or 5D but can't decide - thoughts on a postcard please!), but you know a little shoe shopping never goes a miss 😉 Oh, and I've also become addicted to buying homeware stuff (Ben and I are saving for a place and won't even be moving out until next year but I just want to buy ALL of the nice things right NOW). I think we call that, a hoarder haha!

2.) No membership required: I've been signed up to eBay for SO long that up until last year I still had my account in my dads name as I was too young when I initially set it up haha. Now I'm a fully fledged adult at the ripe ol' age of 26, I know have an eBay account in my name.. check me out! BUT the good thing is, if you don't have an account, DON'T PANIC as you don't need an account to shop on eBay... great stuff, right?!

3.) eBay deals are open to everyone: eBay host some EPIC deals including top products across categories such as consumer electronics, home & garden and fashion, and as I mentioned above, no membership is required, so what's stopping you?! Oh wait, nothing - HAPPY SHOPPING!

4.) Price Matched against some of the UK's biggest retailers: eBay are offering their Price Match Guarantee against some of the UK's biggest retailers such as Amazon, Currys, John Lewis, Argos, Tesco and Asda, so if you're in the market for new electronics from laptops, to phones or cameras then be SURE to check out eBay for their Price Match Guarantee whilst shipping!

5.) Savvy shopping: If you find a competition offering the same product for less, it's super simples, just contact eBay and alert them, once the product has been verified (it has to be exactly the same and currently in stock), eBay will offer a coup for the difference in price so you won't loose out anything, in fact you can do a spot more shopping with your coupon.. winning! Thousands of eBay's most trusted sellers are participating in eBay's deals programmes, from major consumers to smaller brands, oh and the deals are updated on a daily basis so be sure to check back and see whats new!

eBay's Price Match Guarantee service launches later this month so keep your eyes peeled for ALL of the bargains! You can sign up to eBay here!

Do you shop on eBay? Are you excited about the Price Match Guarantee? If you don't shop on eBay, is it somewhere you'd consider shopping?

Your posts are always so well-written Hayley, LOVE visiting your blog! Ebay can be a brilliant place for tracking down vintage pieces; particularly when there’s very few of them floating around!

Oh my god this post throws me back, I used to be so obsessed with ebay back in the day, I swear I would stay on there for hours in my teens (I was such PG teenager, haha). I still love good deals though and to be honest I’d kind of forgotten about ebay in the midst of all my other online shopping so this post was a good reminder for me to get back on there!

Same love, I ordered so much when I was younger too (and also about three weeks ago haha!). So glad to hear that it’s put eBay back on the map as a shopping destination for you! 🙂 x
