My Go-To Casual Outfit For A/W & Favourite KILLER Heels

Last week I had the pleasure of shooting with Olympus PEN pro Jay McLaughlin, it was great fun shooting with Jay as we both have the same camera so it’s nice to spend a couple of hours learning how to make the most of my camera and get some killer shots. This man is nothing short of a legend and I was so happy with how my pictures turned out and couldn’t wait to share them with you all!

I picked up these faux leather trousers in Primark the other day for a mere £13 and have pretty much lived in them since, they are perfect with some biker boots or converse for the day time or dressed up with some killer heels for an evening look, they fit really well and I may have to pick up another pair when next passing! I bought this adidas tee from JD Sports on a recent trip to Manchester as I loved the rose gold (y’all know I’m obsessed) logo on the front, I’ve had so many comments on the t-shirt and it’s great to dress up sportswear too!

This tan faux suede Missguided jacket has also been another wardrobe staple that I’m currently loving (psssst it’s also in the sale for just £30 too!), I love the gold finishings and it feels super soft too! Ahhhhh these shoes, I spotted them in the Selfridges shoe department a few weeks back from OFFICE and fell head over heels (no pun intended!), once I’d laid eyes on them I knew I couldn’t leave without them, £90 later and they were mine but so worth every penny! They are super high and what I’d call ‘bar shoes’ in girl terms but I love them all the same!

To complete my outfit I accessorised with my trusty Mulberry Lily bag, black suede Abbott Lyon watch, ASOS marble bangle and my Skinny Dip London ‘Not Your Basic Bitch’ phone case (the gold tied in perfectly so we had to get a shot!). I’ve been loving this outfit lately and it’s a great one for dashing around London for meetings in (minus the heels, OBV) and it was so much fun shooting it with Jay! If you’re considering purchasing the Olympus PEN E-PL7, although I’ve spoken about my love for the camera many times, I would honestly say it’s the best investment you’ll make!

I love the faux leather trousers! I've always avoided them because I can't see how to make them look…well…good! This look is perfect.
