HOLIDAY IN-FLIGHT HANDBAG ESSENTIALS

Late last night I touched down from an amazing five day stay at the Conrad Algarve with my best friend Amy (although I’m sure if you’re following me on Instagram @Frockemimfamous – you would already know that right? #Sorrynotsorry for the holiday spam!) and before hand I was having a massive stress on what to pack for my luggage and hand luggage – no change there as I leave everything until the last minute! I thought I’d put together my top in-flight handbag essentials so you can see my top picks (also to remind me of what I need to pack next time I go away)…

What’s in my holiday in-flight handbag:

1.) White Stuff clutch bag: This little woven clutch is the perfect in-flight pouch for all of your beauty products, it also doubles up as a killer holiday clutch once you arrive as the colours are so summery!

2.) Kurt Geiger passport holder: I adore this passport holder and have been itching to use it ever since it arrived, I love having a bright passport holder as it makes fishing my passport out of my bag so much easier, and it looks super chic too!

3.) Sony A6000 Compact Camera: I packed this camera so I could capture my #FindYourSummer holiday moments (an amazing summer campaign John Lewis are running – more on that in my in-depth holiday posts!). This camera is the perfect handbag size and is much easier than carrying around my SLR – the picture quality is also insane!!

4.) Bobbi Brown Beach perfume: Of course I had to take a fragrance called ‘Beach’ on holiday with me! This fragrance is the perfect holiday scent and I always like to carry a perfume in my handbag to freshen up whilst travelling!

5.) Rayban sunglasses: I always pack my sunglasses for when I get off the plane at my destination as it’s bound to be sunny (hopefully) and for this trip I packed my new Rayban shades which I’m in love with – especially the shape of the lenses!

6.) Mobile Heads Active Noise Cancelling Headphones: Headphones are a must when travelling as you never know when you’ll be seated next to screaming children or someone who loves to natter the whole journey when all you want to do is sleep. I packed my noise cancelling headphones as they are amazing and you really can’t hear anything else when wearing them, result!

7.) Dove Invisible Dry Deodrant: I packed a mini Dove deodorant with me to freshen up en route, this one is great as you can carry the smaller sizes in your hand luggage!

8.) Clarins Hydra Quench Cream 30ml: My skin always gets so dehydrated on planes so I travel with no makeup on (sometimes just mascara if I’m looking super tired!) and I apply this moisturiser generously whilst flying to hydrate my skin before I arrive.

9.) Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Intensive Lip Repair Balm: This lip balm arrived the other day and I’ve been wearing it ever since – I absolutely love it, it’s really sheer and smells yummy but it really hydrates my lips and is the perfect handbag companion when travelling!

10.) Astrid and Miyu Rose Gold Wishbone Ring: I tend to keep my jewellery to a minimum when travelling (to save the whole having to take it all off when going through security) but I decided to wear my Astrid and Miyu rose gold wishbone ring as I’ve been wearing it so much lately – it’s so pretty! I wore it on my holiday with most outfits and travelled in it too!

I always pack Hydraquench, it's a godsend! I've spotted those noise cancelling headphones a few times on blogs and they sound right up my street for blocking out surrounding sound, will have to check them out 🙂 Enjoy your holiday!

I love your Ray Bans! I may have to invest in another pair in duty free… I definitely need to get myself a decent but non-bulky camera as I can't see myself lugging my blogging one on holiday! xx
