At the end of last year I wrote a post on my Wanderlust destinations of 2015 where I mentioned my top places to visit including Paris, Amsterdam, New York, Barcelona, Edinburgh and Goa. Over New Year me and Rob visited Amsterdam and in early March we went to Paris for a few days as I bought him tickets to see Royal Blood their for his Christmas present (they were amazing!). I’m hoping to plan a trip to NYC this summer and also Goa towards the end of the year – so I just need to squeeze in a wee trip to Edinburgh and Barcelona (if you have any travel tips for either please leave them below as I’d love to have a look!).
This year I reallyyyyy want to expand the travel and lifestyle section on my blog as it’s something that I always enjoy writing about and sharing my experiences with you guys, I thought I’d do an updated ‘travel bucket list’ – although I definitely won’t be visiting them all in the year but over the next couple of years here’s where I want to tick off my list:
Malaysia: One of my best blogging gals; Julie is currently in Langkawi (squeeeee – her boyfriend just proposed too, I DIE!) and her pictures look uh-mazing! After visiting Thailand twice I’m so eager to return to Asia and discover more, it was just the most beautiful place ever and Malaysia looks just as lovely. I’d love to visit Kuala Lumpar too (mainly for the shopping but don’t tell Rob that!). P.s Julie has done a vlog on her time in Langkawi (which you can watch here – if you think you can watch it without crying of jealousy!).

Dubai: Dubai is somewhere I’ve always been intrigued by! Many people and friends of mine have visited for a short four/five day break and it’s somewhere I’d love to explore, the shop, lifestyle and nightlife (oh and the beaches) look insane and somewhere I can see myself settling right on in for a few days break.

Greece: My only experience of Greece so far has been the islands, I’ve been to Corfu and Cyprus which I loved (I always went to Malia when I was 17 – not really sure that counts as I can’t say I saw a lot whilst there!). I would love to visit mainland Greece and explore it properly as it always looks so beautiful and picturesque! Santorini and Mykonos are also high on the agenda!

South of France: I stayed near St.Tropez with an ex boyfriend when I was younger and would love to go back as my memories of the places were so beautiful! It would be the dream to stay in a little farm house sipping on some good wine in the sunshine – le sigh! If you know of any amazing places to visit please let me know as I need to look into this and make it happen!

LA: Ever since seeing Zoe’s Instagram snaps of her and George’s trip to LA I’m dying to get out there and see it for myself, LA is always somewhere I’ve really wanted to go but never really been able to afford it as it’s one of those ‘big trip’s but since seeing Zoe’s images I’ve started saving and need to start planning a trip – the dream would to tie a visit in with Coachella, the mother of all festivals! Maybe next year…
What destinations are on your travel bucket list this year?

Great list! All of these places are places I wanna visit at one point too. I absolutely loved the South of France when I visited a few years ago and LA is my favorite city, actually the entire state of California is haha!

I actually think I might be moving to Australia for a while, not confirmed yet but definitely a huge possibility so if that happens, then all of Australia. And I'm probably also going to Budapest, Madrid & Barcelona!

If you can get to Edinburgh during the Festival in August it's amazing! The whole city is like no where else on earth at that time!

I was born and raised near St Tropez – it's such a beautiful place! I'm currently staying there until I go back to London in September, so give me a should if you come down! There are so many things to do around here, from paddle boarding to sipping mojitos on the beach.
