BOOTS HAUL

Sorry for the last few days absence guys I’ve had a blinder of a cold and haven’t been able to do much other than dose myself up on Day Nurse, Lemsip, Vic (and everything else) and watch films. Today I’m feeling much better and it feels so good to be back up and about – and blogging! Last week, I was kindly invited to the new Boots store in Picadilly Circus – which is amazing by the way, if you’re passing make sure you pop in!
Boots are currently running a ‘Feel New’ campaign, where they have tonnes of offers and discounts on throughout their store to help you feel great. The thinking behind the campaign is that feeling when you open a new lipstick, or try the new hairspray you’ve been itching to use, the amount of offers mean that you can get more for your money and have a little splurge.
I was asked to pick some of my favourite items from Boots and I really wanted to opt for some items that I’ve never tried before, I’ve heard some amazing things about the Butter London Nail Foundation Base Coat, SEVENTEEN Skin Wow Primer, Max Factor Creme Puff Blush in ‘Lovely Pink’ and Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara so these were my first picks! I couldn’t wait to the check out the makeup section and also picked up SEVENTEEN Skin Wow PrimerRevlon PhotoReady Airbrush Foundation and Sleek Makeup Face Form  to try out. I’ve also been loving a ‘Kylie nude lip’ right now and spotted the No7 Precision Lips Pencil in ‘Soft Blush’ which looks like a great pick and I can’t wait to try it!
I’m a huge fan of Essie polishes and spotted this ‘Bobbing for Baubles’ which is a dusky grey/blue shade which I loved the look of, I’m actually going to paint my nails with it tonight so I’ll keep you updated with my thoughts on the shade! I’ve been looking for a good affordable haircare lately and this OGX Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo and OGX Renewing Morrocan Argan Oil Conditioner really caught my eye. I’ve not found a good shampoo that really agrees with my hair for a long time so I’m excited to give this a whirl!

Whilst in the haircare isle I spotted this Ojon Dry Recovery Revitalizing Mist – I adore Ojon products and use their oil daily so I thought this would be a great product to try out. I saw this SEVENTEEN Instant Glow Shimmer Brick whilst browsing the makeup and thought it was a great dupe for the Bobbi Brown shimmer bricks, at £5.49 it’s an absolute bargain and I’m excited to try and compare the products. The last product I picked up was my trusty Soap and Glory Hand Food – that I always keep in my handbag, I love Soap & Glory products and have just run out so this was perfect timing.

Have you picked anything up from Boots lately?
