OPI Fifty Shades Collection

With less than a month to go until Valentines Day I thought it was about time I shared the much anticipated OPI x Fifty Shades of Grey collection! When this collection dropped on my doorstep I let out a little squeal, I read the Fifty Shades trio last summer and really enjoyed the books (didn’t we all girls?! Although I can’t deny that the ending was a little disappointing!) so, when I heard that this collaboration was happening I couldn’t wait to give the products a whirl.

All of the polishes have incredible names that are tied to the film such as; ‘Cement the Deal’ (a cool stone shade), ‘Dark Side of the Mood’ (charcoal grey), ‘Embrace the Gray’ (a paler/creamy grey), ‘My Silk Tie’ (pale, gleaming silver), ‘Romantically Involved’ (classic red), and ‘Shine For Me’ (shimmering silver). I have to say OPI polishes always have amazing names and these shades are no exception.

I think my favourite polishes from the collection have to be the red as it’s pretty much the perfect shade of red for me, the dark charcoal grey and also the creamy paler grey too. I love all shades from this collection and think they are all so wearable – you can pick them up for £11.95 each (links below) or if you prefer to sample each shade first then you can pick up this set for £19.95 from John Lewis which includes a mini of each colour before you make a full size purchase!
