BEAUTY: CLINIQUE CHEEK POPS

Today’s post is an exciting one as I think I’ve discovered my favourite new blusher and I can’t wait to share it with you all – the freshly released Clinique cheek pops are what I’m loving right now. I have three shades; Pink Pop, Peach Pop and Ginger Pop and there is also a Plum Pop too which I’m yet to try, but it looks like another great shade from the range.

The Cheek Pops retail at £16.50 which is a little on the pricey side for a blusher but completely worth it in my eyes, I’ve been using them for a little over three weeks now (alternating between the shades as I still can’t quite decide which one is my favourite!) and they have barely made a dent in the usage so I know they will be around quite some time!

Pink Pop: A vibrant pink perfect paired with minimal makeup and nude lips for adding a bit of colour to your face. This shade is quite pigmented so you only need a tiny bit each time – I think this will be a great shade for winter months when I’m sporting a paler tone on my face.

Peach Pop: A lovely hue for summer and not as pigmented so it can be worn almost as a wash of colour or built up. This shade will be a summer go-to for me as it looks great on bronzed skin (maybe that’s too much wishful thinking considering we live in England, haha!).

Ginger Pop: When I first looked at this shade for some reason I wasn’t expecting myself to like it but it turned out to be my favourite shade of the three, it’s almost a perfect mix of both shades as it has a slight pink/peach kick but is the best of both worlds! This shade is quite pigmented and also has a lovely shimmer so it also works great just dusted along your cheekbones as a highlighter!

Which shade is your favourite? Have you tried any Cheek Pops yet?
