First favourite in this weeks post is this amazing polish; *OPI in shade ‘did you ear about Van Gogh’ via Fragrance Direct, the colour is the perfect nude/ beige/ coffee shade. It reminds me of my much loved ‘Lychee’ by Barry M although it’s slightly warmer and is a great neutral for winter. OPI polish is normally quite pricey but buying it from online from Fragrance Direct the polishes are only £3.99 which is such a bargain, they stock some of my other favourite nail brands such as Sally Hansen and Essie too so it’s a must see if you’re looking for discounted nail products.
Next up is the *Nivea Q10 anti wrinkle CC cream which i’ve found is great for this time of year. My skin is prone to breakouts, more so in the winter. Lately i’ve been trying to use lighter coverage so my pores don’t get as blocked up and have really enjoyed using this Nivea CC cream as a replacement. It gives an even tone although the coverage isn’t thick so I just dab some concealer underneath to conceal any blemishes and apply after cleansing in the mornings.
This shampoo… ugh. Say no more, if you love coconut (like me) then this shampoo; *Bumble and bumble creme de coco shampoo is a sure winner for you. It smells divine and foams up really nicely which is great. It’s a little on the pricey at £17.50 per bottle but is well worth it for special occasions.
Expect nothing less from the *Bumble and bumble creme de coco conditioner as it’s just as lovely as the shampoo. I’ve been using this conditioner twice a week at the moment along with the masque and have received so many compliments on how shiny my hair has been looking lately. I’ve also recently had my hair coloured so anything that keeps it looking and feeling healthy is good for me.
Last up is the *Liz Earle gentle face exfoliator – one of my current go-to skin care products. I’ve been using this exfoliator twice a week, although it’s a gentle exfoliator I don’t tend to use it more than that as sometimes if I overwork my skincare routine it also results in blemishes. I’ve found that the granules in this aren’t too harsh and don’t feel ‘scratchy’ on the skin which is a dislike of mine in face exfoliators. This product always leaves my skin feeling cleansed and fresh after using it.
