On Wednesday I headed to London for the Next bloggers lock-in.. which was amazing! Beforehand I met up with the lovely Claire from The Jazzpad and her best friend Kate and we headed off to Apres bar to meet up with the Next team and lots more lovely bloggers. Me, Claire and Kate had a really good time gossiping and eating mainly ha! We were treated to some champagne cocktails and nibbles which included mini burgers.. so cute!
Once we were full up and had a couple of drinks we headed down to the Oxford street Next store where we had more champagne and were given £100 to spend on their new collection.. you can imagine how excited I was?!!
We were also given an envelope with ten tags on and we had to go round the store and pick out our favourite items, at the end of the night the girls from Next rounded up all the top blogger picks and they have put together a blog post so you can see what we all chose here 🙂
Here are some snaps from the night…

I met some of the loveliest bloggers and had such an incredible night! Next sure do know how to through a good event! 🙂
I finally met my favourite blogger Olivia from What Olivia Did and she was just as lovely as I thought she would be! <3 I have been reading her blog for such a long time and love her style it was really strange to meet her! Anywho, we had a nice chat then bumped into each other later on in the changing room and convinced each other to buy what we where trying on! Typical girls 🙂
I also bumped into the beautiful Amy from Wolf Whistle for the second time this week- the first time was in the toilets for the Global Fashion Awards party as we were stuffing our bags with free make-up, post to come soon in which I’ll explain! 😉 It was really great shopping with Amy, although I have learnt that she is dangerous to shop with and tried to convince me to buy everything aha! Although we did buy the same skirt, which I can’t wait to wear! 🙂
I also got the chance to meet the hilarious Stu from Not So Lonely Londoners, It’s really refreshing to see a guy blogging and Stu has a really witty way of writing which keeps me amused for hours! If you haven’t seen his blog already I would highly recommend reading it. On the night me and Maria helped Stu pick out a blazer for his girlfriend as apparently he always ‘picks out stuff that a granny would’ haha bless him!
Sorry for waffling on guys! All in all a fab night! 🙂
